Spring Break Chicago Day Trip

The girls and I took the train in Michigan City into Chicago for the day. We had a fun adventure with just the three of us. We went to Shedd Aquarium, the Museum of Science and Industry, and then headed downtown to walk around a bit and get a treat before catching the train back to Michigan! Busy day!

We took an Uber downtown - and of course we had to go to the Bean!

We made it back to the train - tired, but having had a really fun day!

Spring Break Week

We didn't go anywhere for Spring Break this year - more of a staycation. :) The girls and I traveled to Chicago for a day, and we celebrated Camryn's upcoming birthday at the end of the week, but otherwise, we just stayed around town and hung out together!

The girls had a free donut on April 1st at Crane's (and it came with "donut seeds" aka Froot Loops ;)) 

We took lunch to Ry at Haworth, and the girls had fun using the Bluescape

Spring break also equals naps, of course :)
