TreeRunner Adventure Park - Rope Climbing fun!

A group from CFLE went to the TreeRunner Grand Rapids Adventure Park one evening. It was described as being emotionally and physically exhausting - and that was a perfect description! We had fun with all the rope climbing and zip lines, and we were all tired, sweaty, and hungry when we finished almost 3 hours later. Choosing the hardest rope climb course (black diamond) for the very end might not have been the best idea - and took almost an hour and a half to complete! Ha! 

Fun Saturday in Holland with Mem

We went to Art in the Park that was held at Centennial Park - and not only did we have fun shopping, but we got to see Uncle Jason at his booth!

We headed out for a bike ride together that afternoon - so beautiful out!

We made a second annual trip to Charlevoix with Geena this summer! Yay!

July Flew By!

Final snapshots of our last full month of summer together!

We have made a few trips to the Upper Macatawa Greenway trail...the girls have done really well on this bike ride!

Camryn's solo night with us (while Taylor was at Camp Geneva overnight) included Fuzzy Peach with Lambie and a little bit of shopping.

The girls had their final Fit Kids class with Coach JD!

Taylor showed her more creative side this month....

I fell asleep and she played with my hair while I was on the couch!

During a trip to Battle Creek, she helped make a big delicious salad with Mem

And a cool Kiwi Crate creation with fun with kaleidoscopes and mirrors

We made a day trip to Battle Creek - lots of loving on Blu!

We also made homemade donuts!

Camryn put powdered sugar on her donut just like Papa used to!

Happy, simple, slow summer mornings make me smile - and there are so few left!!
