October has FLOWN by!

We are over halfway through October, so while I am updating fall so far, I thought I would catch up on this month so far!

I had two days off of school after parent teacher conferences - and I got to walk the girls home from school :) 

And eat breakfast with them at home! 

I had a student who broke his elbow on the playground - I tried to cheer him up a bit with some balloons

Lots of talk about Halloween fun coming up at the end of this month - and we are seeing Christmas things in stores - the holiday season is coming up fast!

Camryn's Retell of Wizard of Oz

Camryn may have a future as an author/illustrator. :) After getting to watch the Wizard of Oz for the first time, she created her own little story book. :)

October visit with the Weidemans

October has become an annual gathering for the Weideman side of the family! Paul and Mary Margaret make the trek from Sante Fe each year, and we gather around Grandma Betty and spend time together. :)

This year we all met at Mem's house in BC. It was a really nice weekend to catch up with everyone, and have a little fun. :)
