SUMMER stuff

It is so hard to keep up with everything we do during the summer, so many tidbits here and there! There will be lots of mish-mash posts over the next couple of months!

I did post this picture at the start of summer break - from my FIRST summer break as a mama, seven years ago, to now!

The girls love to ride out to the playground at Taylor's school!

Speaking of riding bikes, we got training wheels put on Taylor's bike, and she was SO SO excited!!  It has made our bike rides so much more fun - having each girl on the right size bike. :) Love it!

I got my first road ride in with Katie!

We do a lil more shopping during summer. ;-) Cam just HAD to have these overalls. Lol!

The girls got invited to a birthday party for a friend who lives just down the street! Abby is turning 5, and had a kid birthday party at DeGraaf Nature Center. It was really neat!

Speaking of Abby - she and Camryn were twins the other day! So cute1

Slow summer breakfasts at home are my FAVORITE!!

We have gone to the library every Monday. These books were Camryn's choice last time - all non-fiction about the biology of the body! The girl loves "medical stuff"!

Camryn actually won a weekly drawing at the library!

Her prize

We are doing some private swim lessons with Miss Brie again this summer

Nap times happen :D

While Cam was napping, Taylor and I were outside playing :)

Breakfast for dinner! Taylor helped flip the pancakes!

We have also sold off a few things that the girls have grown out of this summer. We sold the double stroller (a little sad!), and their Cozy Coupe. The girls helped clean up the car, and each earned a dollar for helping me when we sold it later that day!

I'm in my usual summer colors ;) Taylor said I matched my coffee cup!

Camryn's choice of headband

Cool picture, post softball game, of the boys!

Captain Sundae, of course :)

And today, the girls had a birthday pool party for Dr. Stan's little kiddos - Toriana and Thea. The girls had a lot of fun!

And were excited about the goodie bags after, too!

Whew - caught up for now! SUMMER!! :D
