It was the second week in September, and it had felt like 95 degrees for most of the day, so the little ladies and I went to the beach one evening to watch the sunset and swim. There were LOTS of people there, and the girls absolutely loved getting to swim in the water, again! The sunset was gorgeous, too!
I did an Instagram post about our evening that went something like this....
"Choosing this. With them. Last night. Was so good. So many giggles on the drive there. They ran right for that water. By the time the sun completely disappeared, we were totally sandy, but also totally happy. We made our way home, but with windows all the way down, and Moana songs and singing, that was so loud that they got smiles from people in cars next to us. The drive led us to Fuzzy Peach before home. Talked about our favorite part of our day and how it reminded us of our fun during the summer, and that candy corn actually isn't a great choice with frozen yogurt. That was a good Saturday night. And if it's going to be 90° in September, you might as well take advantage of it for just a little more time with your toes in the sand and water."
