2018 Special Olympics Row Raiser
Crossfit Lake Effect hosted a fundraiser for Special Olympics this fall, again, where teams of 10 row the distance of a marathon.
It was near Halloween, so each team dressed up a bit. We went with a "Motio Sports Therapy" theme - and covered ourselves in RockTape.
It was a really good event, and over $30,000 was raised for Special Olympics!
