11 months old and becoming quite the talker.
11 months old and becoming a bit of a daredevil.
11 months old and making us smile every day.

Snapshot of Camryn at 11 months old...
** Wearing size 3 diapers, 12-18 month clothes (we are starting to move into 18 month pj's - things are getting a little snug, and I am picking out more from Taylor's 18 month clothes that she can start to wear)
** Sleeping... okay :) We had a stretch of 6 days where she slept through the night, and I was HOPING that I could write this post and say that we hit a week, however, on Monday night Cam was up at least three times - arg. I was hoping that the tubes might be the magical sleeping cure, but it just hasn't happened quite yet. :) On the weekends, she tends to nap a LOT on Saturday's (catching up from a busy week at daycare) - 2 naps that sometimes equal 4-5 hours or so. Consistently she is still napping once in the morning, and once in the afternoon.
** Two little teeth on the bottom
** "New" ears! This is the longest stretch we have gone since the beginning of November without having to give Camryn antibiotics. Our two week cycle (of having an ear infection, going on a 10 day antibiotic, then two weeks after the antibiotic is finished another infection starts up) is hopefully OVER!
** Babbling a lot - but really stuck on "dada"... "mama's" are much more rare (but I am working on it! :))
** Really into dancing with music - she does a little wiggle motion with her body whenever she hears songs or singing. In fact, the night she was up, sometimes I hum to her while we rock, and she started to do her little wiggle dance as I was humming (hoping it would get her to sleep, which was obviously not working ;o))
** Eating really well - anything that she can pick up and feed herself! Green beans, sweet potato, carrots, bread, pancake, waffle, yogurt melts, strawberry, banana, peas, bits of chicken, cheese, raviolis... We are still giving her oatmeal and pureed fruit for breakfast and lunch and some pureed veggie too at lunch, but for the most part she would rather eat solid foods
** She is our little daredevil - one of her favorite things to do is climb on Taylor's bed (which is still a mattress on the floor), turn around, and dive face-first off the side and back onto the floor, then climb up and do it again. She also likes it when Ryan holds her up in a standing position, then lets go and she free falls into my hands (makes her giggle like crazy). We are hoping one of these days soon she will take a step!
** Loves to walk while pushing anything that moves around the room!
