To start, Instagram made a collage of my post popular pictures from last year....kind of fun to see what came up!
Taylor is working hard at becoming a reader! She loves writing sight words on sticky notes and putting them on her bed to practice.
She even has been practicing reading Cam's bedtime stories to her when it is a book close to her reading level.
One book, she took to share with her teacher, Mrs. Meyering, and her teacher let her read it aloud to the class - and sent me this picture. LOVE!!
Camryn likes to take her turn at reading, too. :-)
Homework is a regular part of our evenings now! Cam likes to have things to work on, too. This is often how our table looks after dinner.
Taylor drew a picture of our family as one of her assignments, and she worked really hard on what color each person would wear, and the details of each person. From left to right: me, Ryan, Mem, Camryn, Taylor, and Speedo :-)
One day I had off from school, and Camryn and I met Taylor for lunch. Camryn was just slightly excited!
New mini markers = an artistic Saturday morning :-)
The girls went to stay with Mem for a couple days, and when I picked them up, they both fell asleep quickly. They always have so much fun!
Post Christmas shopping at Gazelle's, and Ryan took this picture of Taylor. I can definitely see her being an active little Gazelle girl when she gets older!
Taylor had a sick day :(
Camryn had a good ear check up at the ENT - tubes are still in place and doing their job! But...by the end of this year, they will need to come out if they don't fall out on their own. Can't believe she has had them for almost 3 years!
Ryan had a poker night with the boys
I've been working hard on muscle ups at the gym - only a couple weeks until the Open starts!!
We celebrated cousin Annie's birthday - she's a big 2 year old now!
January meant we FINALLY saw snow!
Who doesn't like ice cream in January? ;-)
And last, we took the girls to Cracker Barrel for the first time for dinner (well....breakfast, really :-)). It was very tasty! Ryan and I hadn't been there since the morning after we got married when we went there for breakfast together!
