The lake when we arrived. (Celebrating a successful drive with no bouts of carsickness - we made some strategic stops along the way to give Taylor breaks, and it helped!)
The next morning it was barely 50 degrees, but the girls only had one thing on their mind - play on the beach.
Taylor did not mind at ALL about the cold water. :)
Bundled up and headed into Charlevoix. With the air off the freezing water, the ride was pretty cold! :)
After a birthday dinner at Red Mesa, we had some amazing cupcakes that my uncle Scott bought from a new place in town. Amazing.
The next day, the weather was just as great.
